Rainy on Friday(Cityscape)

YES!!! Its the end of the week! No work on Sunday and Saturday and i was hoping on having a sunny weekend but noooo. The clouds just have to pick the weekend to come out.  Anyway this painting is supposed to be me walking home on Friday and it is started raining    and i was hoping on having a sunny weekend  (it rained on the weekend ) and anyways hope you like it.

Beautiful Day!!

The time is flying and very often we are busy with so many different things.
Happy is also together at the beach and watch how the sky is changing. Smell the salty water and just feeling free. The waves are so relaxing. Beautiful day!!!

My book is turning out the way a thought so!!!Can wait until it is published. 

Ocean Breeze

Rainy Lights

It's the first rain of the season, and people are going shopping but.. oh no!! They need umbrellas or they will get all wet. In Bridgeport when ever you buy umbrellas they are ALWAYS red but not this time! Now they're orange. It's starting to drizzle and everyone is looking for an umbrella to buy. Can you smell the scent of the land after the rain? Can you hear the footsteps running for cover? Can you see the light? Can you feel the wet cool rain on your face? I thought I had a good outcome with this painting and I really like it. I hope you do too! =D

last day in september

This time I am missing the ocean. I painted this from my photos. Last time in September we where out at the beach. The kids have always so much fun there.
The sky is more yellow. My photos aren't coming through so good here.
Yesterday was Halloween, and I just need a break.
The writing goes very well and I am happy with the book. I got a very good feedback from the editor
 It is eating up my time together with my children and all stuff around the house. I hope you like the painting! =D

Rainy lights

 

I was in the mood for a bit of rain today, so I searched for a photo in my picture box and found this, I changed it a little to make it look a tiny bit abstract and tried to make it a look rainy and wet and cold, so that it makes you feel warm inside. This will be my last cityscape painting for a bit or maybe not I am not sure yet what do you guys think? By the way I am still working on my book and it is coming along good.

Have you ever been to the Oregon beach? Have you smelled the rain and the sand and felt the sea and the moss I hope you have and that you remember it if you ever went and I tried to capture the feeling of the ocean and the colors so that it feels and looks real I hope you guys like it.

September in Paris

Its a rainy cold day in the "City Of Love", Paris. The leaves are falling of the trees one by one and the wind sends a breeze across couples and people's faces they enjoy themselves on a walk to a restaurant and look forward to the warmth inside but love outside too. I hope you like this painting as much as I do and I hope you can imagine the breeze and the leaves and the smell of fresh bread dancing in the air.

I was in France years ago .No I used my referents what I had from photos. Finally i had the time to paint the wonderful landscape.

Roses are white, Violets Are Blue

We went to the nursery yesterday and my daughter picked out some roses they were white and I love them they are beautiful. I took a picture of them yesterday and painted it today the roses are in our garden and they smell wonderful I picked some and put them in a vase so now it smells nice in the house too hopefully no bee's come in! =) I hope you like the painting I had fun making it! =)

Beach time in the summer time

I love the water and the sky.The feeling from the fresh water when it is warm outside und you can jump right into it. And the waves splashing against you while trying to swim. Or playing Ball in the water. The little girl in the picture is trying to decide to go with her mom or not but after a little she follows along the rest of the family waiting for her. I watched this at the beach and took a picture so i painted it today. :)

Again a painting from the ocean.I try to play with light and shadow do get diffrent colors.I think a painting is always very emotional.like this one too.For me it is importent to catch some feelings when you are painting.To have a break from the day and take the moment to look at the art.
So often we got busy with things around us that we have no time for the simple things.

A new rainy day

Its rainy outside and i am inside and drinking a tea. Its cozy and warm inside. The rain drizzle in little drops and a new waterfall starts once again in the city. I created this picture so that you can look at it and think how wonderful the weather can be sometime and the fresh scent of the rain and the beautiy of it all.

Again i used the lighter colors I.tryed to give this one a  brighter spring feeling.Looking forward for the spring.I bet it will rain here again.The rain is so nice here . Its warm and smells so fresh afterwards and peaceful its so clam. I still have a beach painting with rain on my easel.It is nice you can choose what you like to work on. It Very often depens with the mood I am in.
Some ask me about my paintings.I dont like to talk about it.Even the writing here is new for me. I can not picture someone is reading it.But I always was think about to paint.The cirumstands did'nt let me  do so.But I  kept the passion inside it lay in my heart for a long time until i found it again.
I have some pencil paintings I will show to you later on.

Still the coast.I love love the coast.It always feels so relaxing down there.The fresh breeze.
I used only light colors and I really love this painting.

We went to the Oregon beach.It is cold and rainy her in the moment.I made the painting after we came back using my picture from this day.I left the rain out.(this time)
